Rates

Rates take into account the VAT applicable on the day of booking. Any modification or introduction of new legal or regulatory fees imposed by the competent authorities will automatically be reflected in the prices indicated on the date of departure.

Conversion into foreign currency is indicative and non-contractual. Only the currency confirmed at the time of booking is guaranteed (if this currency is different from the one practiced at the hotel, the possible expenses of charge will remain chargeable to the customer).

Cancelation

Stay 1 to 2 nights :

Cancellation on the day of arrival: one night per studio or suite will be charged.

Cancellation at d-1: 50% of the total stay will be charged.

Cancellation at d-2: free.

No Show: One night per studio or suite will be charged.

Dislodgement

In the event of force majeure, the hotel reserves the right to have all or part of the guests stay in a hotel of equivalent category for services of the same kind, the costs of the transfer remaining the responsibility of the establishment, which may be sought in payment of any additional compensation.

Insurance - deterioration - breakage - theft

The client must take care of his property and materials. A safe in the room is at your disposal. The customer will have to inform the establishment of any degradation of which it would be at the origin. Payment method

The Consumer guarantees the MELLIBER Company that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by him, during the validation of the Purchase Order.

In case of payment by credit card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of the means of payment provided for in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the issuer of the card between the MELLIBER Company and its banking establishment apply.
